1. The Service
These Service Terms describe the level of service the Sid6 platform (the "Service") aims to provide and the boundaries of that commitment. They apply to every use of the Service and complement the Terms of Use.
2. Perpetual Beta and Availability
The Service is offered in PERPETUAL BETA. It evolves continuously: features, limits, and behaviors may change, degrade, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We target high availability but make NO uptime commitment of any kind; maintenance, migrations, and beta rollouts may interrupt the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the channels published in the platform. No response-time or resolution-time commitment applies while the Service remains in beta, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Beta Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Beta features may contain defects and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Versioning
These Service Terms are versioned. Your continued use of the Service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of that version; the version you accepted is recorded against your account and remains available for review.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Disputes will first be negotiated in good faith; failing resolution within thirty (30) days, they fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
